ETT Verpackungstechnik designs and develops the control software for the computer controlled packaging systems.

The software is designed individually for the respective requirements of the end-of-line-packing system. This helps to insure that the packing systems operate to a high standard from the beginning.

Palletisation program "AutoPack“

"AutoPack" is the name of the ETT software-module for efficient palletisation with robots! With "AutoPack" you can build the palletisation plan comfortably on your PC: The palletisation program creates the dataset for the robot control, a simulation of the entire cycle can be generated for testing and time measurement .Following this task the program is then transferred to the robot’s control – this means that the old dataset will be overwritten by the new one.

The ETT software-module accelerates the programming of the robot palletisation explicitly and adopts planning data from the production office. Using this software, the exact position of the cases on the pallet can be calculated quickly and saves the time-consuming teach-procedure. Pleasant side-effect: If the packages format changes, thanks to "AutoPack" the robot will only be out of action for a small time.
